TradeFlow

Sales, inventory and operations in one commercial workspace.

Overview

TradeFlow is an in-house business system built for a commercial team. It brings B2C and B2B sales, inventory, customer analytics, MRP and product requests into one workspace, with administration for users, roles and access.

The Challenge

Commercial work was split across informal tools. Sales, inventory movement and operational planning were difficult to see together, which made follow-through harder than it needed to be.

The Approach

The product was designed around the commercial workflow rather than a generic CRM template: how sales are recorded, how inventory and materials move, and what the team needs to review day to day.

The Solution

A purpose-built workspace supports sales, inventory, analytics, MRP and product requests for the commercial team, with system settings behind role-based access.

Impact / Outcomes

The commercial team has a dedicated application for sales and inventory movement instead of assembling that picture from disconnected files.

Lessons

Internal CRMs earn their place when they match how the team already sells and moves stock. A generic pipeline board is not the same product.
